Does anyone remember the Transformer Pretenders? They were these human looking guys in tecno-armour. When you cracked 'em open they had a Transformer inside. I remember thinking "This is aswome! They can just walk around like people, and when the Decepticons started some shit, they could jump out and kick some butt!" I figured they could just grow or shrink like Megatron does (how the hell else could Starscream fire him in gun mode?) But when I picked up a comic with the Pretenders in it, they were full sized Transformers! What the hell was that! "Look mommy, is that a giant robot?" "No honey it's okay, that's just a giant man. Now it's not polite to stare, so just drink your sippy and go play."

This one was influenced by my girlfriends lack of drawing skills (I'll have to post some of her drawings one of these days), Wes suggested the rivets, and stay tuned for a Jake Adams inspired updated/animated version of the image.
